Why? |

Why would you want to come? You don't really need a reason! Come and talk to us about anything you like. Most people come to ask us how we might be able to help them, their relationships, their family or their organisation. We don't usually offer on-the-spot therapy sessions, but if we are not too busy and there is a particularly urgent need then we can also do this. We can explain our approach to helping people, what it is likely to cost, how long it is likely to take and other options you might want to explore. We can give you tips and suggestions take away with you. |

How will you benefit from coming to see us? You will get a clearer picture of whether we are likely to be of any use in helping with your unique situation. We know that asking for help can sometimes be extremely hard - especially when you aren't sure to begin with whether anyone even can help. We know you don't want to risk wasting money or time on something which might not work. And we also know that you might be worried that therapy might make you feel worse rather than better (we aim for you to feel better from the very first session). Give us a try.
