Training - Workshops available from alendi

alendi provide one day workshops for both organisations and individuals in a variety of subjects. The common theme is the application of Human Givens principles to understanding human behaviour. This can be relevant to a wide range of subjects such as improving communication, dealing with conflict, dealing with stress, motivating teams, improving management skills, improving learning.

We offer a very flexible approach and can tailor workshops and styles of presentation to meet your specific needs. We can work with groups in sizes from 2 to 20 people. Workshops involve a combination of presentation techniques and practical exercises. Questions and discussion are encouraged and many practical examples are used. Attendees are actively encouraged to relate the material to their own personal experience. We aim to generate a stimulating learning environment and encourage each member to get involved and enjoy the workshop.

A knowledge of Human Givens gives useful insights into the learning process. We use this knowledge to create a vibrant and stimulating learning experience. People leave the workshops with new knowledge which they find they can apply equally well to their work and their home situations.

A typical workshop day runs from 9:30 am to 16:30 pm with a buffet lunch from 12:30 pm to 13:30 pm with a tea / coffee break during the morning and afternoon sessions. Timings are flexible and can be adjusted to suit the customer's requirements. Feedback forms are provided from each session allowing the customer to rate the success of the event. Course handout notes can also be provided.
